  • The item must be in the same condition you received it (unworn or unused), with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Some items, such as Bondi Project contributions, are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Do not send items back without requesting a return first; otherwise, we cannot accept the package.

Refunds

Damages & Issues

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not accepted. If you want a different product, return your item for a refund and place a new order.

2. Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Only

We ship exclusively to Australia. Orders from other countries cannot be processed.

  • SDH, Yun Express, or DHL, depending on location and shipping method.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5–20 business days
  • Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout

Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Title and risk pass to you once items are handed to the carrier.
